Boy, you never know what life will hand you so I think the best thing for me to do is just go for it. I'm loving my life right now but its a little hard for me to let go of controlling everything. I'm really just trying to focus on making my way.
It's not as easy as one would think. Since my husband retired in May we've needed new tires, fix our roof, bought a new router for the computer, needed a new toilet and bought new glasses for both of us. The dehumidifier is going, the refrigerator is limping along and my computer needs to be repaired.
Now I'd whine about this but this week I've been to the hospital twice. My husband had a sudden attack of severe pain and after spending the greater portion of the day in hospital he was diagnosed with kidney stones. I've never seen him so sick so quickly. Craig never seems to get sick in stages, with him its all or nothing. We're still waiting to see if the medications will help dissolve and help him pass these retched things and then I seem to developed an abscessed tooth so we're house bound this long weekend. Last night the refrigerator stopped. Not sure if it was the storm or something else is bruing but anyway transfered everything to other fridge and freezer, unplugged and replugged in fidge. It seems to be working but lesson learned. The fridge can be replaced, tooth pulled but Craig is precious. No more winning. Posted a great video on facebook today
